Free Flow Sunday Brunch at Hotel Indigo Singapore’s Alfresco Bar

Hotel Indigo Garden, a pet-friendly alfresco garden bar in the vibrant Katong neighbourhood, has just introduced its free-flow ala-carte mod-Asian spread.

This relaxing spot along East Coast Road, littered with beanbags, beach chairs and lounge seats, features pops of orange against a backdrop of lush greenery.

Look forward to mouth-watering Angus Cubes – Margaret River Angus from the Wok with Kompot black pepper and garlic chips; Chilli Crab Cake – crab meat croquette served with chilli crab dip and mantou chips; and Philly Cheese Steak Pita.

Pair your food with free flow house wines or the specialty Aperol cocktails such as:

• The Classic – a tall glass of Aperol, prosecco and soda,
• The Two-One-Two – Aperol, tequila, lime juice and grapefruit juice, or
• Aperol Spritz Mimosa – Aperol, orange juice and prosecco for a bubbly good time.

Bring along your furry friends (no more than 2 small to medium-sized pets or 1 large-sized pet per table).

Hotel Indigo Garden’s free flow ala-carte Sunday Brunch is available every second and fourth Sunday of the month between 11.30am to 2.30pm, with the next brunch taking place on 26 June 2022.

For the month of June, diners who opt for the 2-hour free flow food, cocktails and house wines are entitled to partake in a lucky draw.
